The Business Development Service unit conducts
business development servicing, particularly on social enterprises and on
the identified community-based enterprise. BDS develops programs and
strategies to create sustainable enterprises. The team also takes charge
on marketing and promotion in some of the social enterprises of KPMFI. |

KPMFI envisions itself to be “The Leading Social Entrepreneurship
Institute in Asia.” |

| Goals: |
|
Together with the other units of KPMFI, after 3 years,
BDS will:

Become a Social Enterprise Institute that has the
core competence on Social Entrepreneurship Development, Knowledge
Management and on Enterprise Program/Project Development and Testing.

Established and installed enterprise systems of the
Franchising Unit, Marketing Unit, Social Enterprise Tourism and Balay
Mindanaw Peace Center Enterprise.
- Earn social enterprise income by providing good business development
servicing and consultancy to different partners

In 3 years, BDS will take lead on the
following programs:
- Social Entrepreneurship Development for the poor households in the
Rural and Urban areas, as well as, for the Youth in Mindanao.
- Program and Project Development Services for the organization and its
partners.
- Social Enterprise Testing for incubated enterprises of KPMFI.
- Knowledge Management of KPMFI.
- Franchising for the Tested Enterprise Models of KPMFI.
- Marketing and Promotions of Products and Services of KPMFI.
- Social Enterprise Tourism
- Peace Center Enterprise System Installation and Operation.
