The Institutional Development is the support system of the leading units (CED Peace, BDS & SEID) with transparent and proper implementation of the institution's policies and guidelines in order to facilitate excellent performance from well informed, productive, effective and efficient human resource. This unit focuses on the finance, human resource management and administrative activities.
 Programs, Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Productivity and Support System Enhancement

  • Facilitates teambuilding and individual consultation processes

  • Formulates tool and facilitates personality and efficiency assessment

  • Facilitates standard definition of a KMPFI staff

  • Monitors performance of staff and initiates necessary interventions to unacceptable behaviors and actions

2. Education and Staff Development

  • Maintains and analyzes updated TNA records of staff

  • Programatizes staff development modules (institution level, team level, individual, core staff and successor generation)

  • Facilitates formal higher education of staff

  • Links with other donor organizations for staff development supports

  • Conducts appropriate capacity building activities/ trainings to individual staff and teams

3. Youth Entrepreneur Formation

  • Facilitates on-the job trainings of students and establishes reserved pool of human resources

4. Financial System Enhancement

  • Oversees delivery of target output of the staff assigned

  • Checks and approves activity request of CEDPeace unit

  • Signs checks and monitors cash flow

5. Savings Scheme

  • Oversees delivery of target output of the staff assigned

6. Database/Record System

  • Oversees delivery of target output of the staff assigned

7. Policies & Systems

  • Facilitates packaging of personnel and financial manuals

  • Abides and monitors proper implementation of policies and systems

8. Publication and Promotion

  • Facilitates packaging and popularization of reports and stories

9. Staff support and benefits

  • Oversees delivery of target output of the staff assigned
