Since its formal establishment in year 2000 as an independent NGO and consultancy outfit, RCED has been involved in several undertakings, the most recent are the following:

“Capacity-Building and Livelihood Program for People’s Organizations (POs)”

Empowering Leadership Training in Camiguin

The project aimed to implement priority livelihood projects to at least five POs in Camiguin and to enable five BDCs to gain first-hand experience in actualizing, monitoring & evaluating, and supervising the priority development plans in relation with the barangay LGUs and POs. This project is in partnership with Philippines – Australia Community Assistance Program (PACAP)

 

 

 

“Taking Stock of Peace Initiatives of the Higa-onon Tribe of Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon”. Generally, this project aimed at consolidating the “good practices”, innovation and indigenous technology in peace building and poverty alleviation strategies among the Higaonon Tribal communities and to make contribution to public understanding and body of knowledge in peace building and poverty alleviation and serve as basis in the design of future and follow-up peace building interventions in other areas. This is a research project in partnership with German Technical Cooperation (GTZet).

Formulation of the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Manual with the Systems Formulation and Installation of the Computer-Based M&E System for the Northern Mindanao Community Initiatives and Resource Management Project for the DAR-IFAD. The main purpose of the M&E Manual is to organize relevant information from stakeholders in a timely manner to support management in carrying out project strategies and approaches. It is composed of four (4) manuals the Project Implementation Manual (PIM), the Credit Manual, and the Rural Infrastructure Operations and Management Manual. The PIM contains two (2) sub-manuals: Volume II – Community Investment Fund Manual; and Volume III – Project Implementation Manual for Indigenous Peoples Intervention. Areas covers are Region Regions 10 and 13.
