The project aimed to implement priority livelihood projects to at
least five POs in Camiguin and to enable five BDCs to gain
first-hand experience in actualizing, monitoring & evaluating,
and supervising the priority development plans in relation with the
barangay LGUs and POs. This project is in partnership with
Philippines – Australia Community Assistance Program (PACAP)
“Taking Stock of Peace
Initiatives of the Higa-onon Tribe of Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon”.
Generally, this
project aimed at consolidating the “good practices”, innovation
and indigenous technology in peace building and poverty alleviation
strategies among the Higaonon Tribal communities and to make
contribution to public understanding and body of knowledge in peace
building and poverty alleviation and serve as basis in the design of
future and follow-up peace building interventions in other areas.
This is a research project in partnership with German Technical
